Cancelation policy:
1. For registrations linked to accepted papers, refunds will be made for cancellations requests notified before October 16. In such a case, the paper will not be included in the Program. For registrations not linked to accepted papers, refund requests will be processed only until October 31. Refunds will neither be made after October 31 nor for NO-SHOWS. A penalty fee of 100 euro will be applied to any refund.

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the end of the conference.


For each and all accepted papers, one of the authors must register before October 17. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the program to preclude the risk of NO-SHOW.

One author of each accepted paper must register with a FULL registration. Registering with a reduced, student fee is not allowed for presenting authors. A maximum of two papers per registered author is allowed.
